第一步：参会注册（所有作者及参会代表需完成）
请参会代表扫描下面二维码，登录中国电工技术学会EENES参会报名系统，点击“立即报名/Registration”完成“参会注册”，并支付“会议注册费”（此费用不包含论文出版费。注册信息及开票信息务必填写准确，缴费成功后可在注册系统内下载电子发票同时收到注册成功邮件）。
会议注册费”只能支付到“中国电工技术学会”账号，可在注册系统直接支付也可汇款，汇款后需上传凭证。汇款账号如下：

英文EI论文注册请按照下面步骤完成。
第1步：下载“EENES注册材料模版”（点击下载） ，请严格按照“EENES注册材料模版”中的（1）《论文格式模板》和（2）《论文修改特别注意事项》进行修改完善(特别提醒：如还需对作者姓名及单位信息修改的，请务必在本次论文终稿提交时修改完毕。论文终稿提交编辑部之后，编辑部不允许修改任何作者信息)。
第2步：支付论文版面费
英文论文版面费只能汇款至下面“上海联沣科文化传播有限公司”账号，版面费电子发票请在注册后1周左右直接登录EENES版面费发票下载系统（点击此处）直接下载。

第3步：提交 “英文论文注册材料”
